Nunley emphasizes water reuse

Oh Come on! I realize that Nunley has always been a "day late and a dollar short," but this is getting ridiculous. The time to talk about reuse was before you signed that stinking agreement with the state government and the forest enviromentalists. How many times from 2002 to 2006 did you hear other poeple talking about reuse? I know I read at least three times in the R.N. about the Village of Ruidoso Downs or Ruidoso citizens bringing that item up only to be trashed or ignored by the idiots (mayor, council, McKnight and Cleatus) running Ruidoso (and yes, you were a councilor and knew then what the deal was with reuse). It was a good idea then- but not now - especially after you agreed, in writing, to the new freaking expensive plant within a certain time.
What the article also failed to mention is that same meeting, Nunley also asked to reduce the steel in the plant and other types of shortcuts. Good Lord! Next headline: "Plant Operators Killed in Equipment Collapse at New Plant, Lack of Structural Steel to Blame." He needs to stop playing engineer, he is a pharmacist.
My message to the esteemed mayor of Ruidoso:
IT IS TOO LATE! STOP TALKING ABOUT THE "WHAT IF'S" BEFORE YOU GET US ALL FINED! AREN'T WE ALL PAYING ENOUGH IN OUR SEWER BILLS ALREADY? WHAT, YOU NEED TO ADD TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF FINES AND PENALTIES IN THERE TOO?? STOP SCREWING AROUND AND GET THAT D@MN THING BUILT!!!!

Just stop paying the water bill...it worked in Carrizozo.
