Royal Oak wants deal in arrest suit tossed

Royal Oak -- The City of Royal Oak is asking a federal court to throw out a recent settlement with two men who claimed they were wrongly jailed for days after a fight outside a concert.

Your 100% correct, this is ridiculous. So ridiculous that the man who was beat in this, who recently woke up from the coma he was put in, identified one of the plaintiffs as one of his attackers. Guess the cops had it right to begin with. What's also ridiculous is you fail to see it's you tax money being used to pay for this when in fact these people do not deserve anything but jail time.
Tell me when this thread is updated!
