I'll have to give Szechuan a try, The place that used to be there, China Jen was by far the worst food I ever had.

YoMammy, don't waste your time. We ordered from Szechuan two days ago. The receptionist was rude over the phone, and the delivery driver took an HOUR to find our business, ONE BLOCK AWAY. The food was awful, barely warm to the touch, and they got one of four orders wrong. NOT WORTH IT. If you want good food, try House of Wong in Roseville or Great Dragon Buffet on the Roseville / NE Minneapolis border.

You think so? They sort of changed their menu the last time I was there. Well, to each his own, I suppose :)

Oh, just thought of another place. Ho King Buffet in Cottage Grove .. small buffet, but has phenominal food, and their buffet is only like $6 for lunch and $8 for dinner :)

I went there last week and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The service was excellent, my waiter knew what he was talking about. Even though we went on a busy night, we were greeted politely and seated promptly. We had the fish filet with bean curd flower and their chung king spicy chicken. The only bad thing was that it was just slightly spicier than what I thought it would be. I'm very glad they opened because we've been looking for an authentic chinese restaurant in this area.

When in Roseville (or Bloomington, Coon Rapids or Park Rapids) the hands down Asian food winner for quality and quantity is:

Kahn's Mongolian BBQ

I guess I'll never understand some people's quest to fry their taste buds. That and the trend towards super sour "candy" often makes me wonder if some people pain/pleasure centers of their brain has flipped out or something - Perhaps it's all the drinking alcohol, smoking and coffee?

Yeah, because you choose what ingredients & sauces you put into your dinner, and how much of each you want to eat. So it's pretty hard to go wrong when you have that much control over your dinner selection.
