The bank teller from the first robbery attempt should be fired immediately. Don't think for one second that this was a heroic act. She endangered her life and everyone elses in that bank.

I bank at cherokee, and i'm the lobby quite a bit..I think that the teller was most likely startled at this robbers demand, didn't exactly understand what he said. All the tellers there work very hard for a paycheck, and everyone makes mistakes..thank goodness no one got hurt, and i for 1 don't think she should lose her job for it.[they are just too hard to come by these days] This "off with her head" mentality that some people have with this issue, should get some anger management classes in their system, or maybe some empathy cookies would help.

This is a very scary thing for all of us here in Rosemount. I have 3 young children and the school called all parents and let us know what happened. It is even scarier that it happened at a time that the morning kindergarten class would be leaving for the day. I hope they catch this man so us parents can rest easier!

This Retard will get caught soon. He wears the same hat to two bank robberies. Hopefully he gets caught before someone gets hurt. Well if he gets shot that's fine. It's what the Low Life POS Scum Bag deserves.

Ppl really don't have a clue or at least most posters. If this idiot would've opened fire and killed numerous employees/customers and it was discovered this teller refused his demands, then maybe some of these dopes would have a little different opinion on the matter.

What a bunch of wimpy liberals. I've been shot at by a thug. He killed his girlfriend in front of me. I took the gun out of his hand and proceeded to pulverize his face. No wonder bank robberies are so common. You are all a bunch of quivering cowards.

Its time to arm the tellers. Pass out the guns at the start of the shift and collect them at the end. Prblem solved. No more bank robberies.

oh, please lady...settle down! oh, a man robbed a bank, now the entire community is so scared, oh, and the poor children, what will we do about the poor children, they might have actually been leaving school for the day while some guy robbed a bank. whatever shall we do?

my god woman, i feel sorry for your husband, if you have one, and your children...overbearing, overreacting and probably overweight.

Obviously you do not have children and if you do I feel sorry for them. Yes this was a scary incident for the children the man fled toward the schools. They were all locked in rooms while the school was searched. IDIOT!!!!

oh, no, the man fled towards the schools...yeah, you're right that IS scary!
locked in rooms? OMG! that's awful, they were playing with blocks and singing songs...my god the travesty of it all!

don't be so overreactionary. that was the first bank robbery since 2003....let's see, that's 6 YEARS!! yup, super scary for the community. you'd better move somewhere safer, like the West Side!

what do you do when a cop car drives by with his siren on or pulls over a speeding car...are you and your kids and the community freaked out and scared then, too? doubt it.

you're probably one of those parents who thinks every kid that wants to play on a sports team should get to, no matter how bad they are, and that everyone gets a trophy. it's not about developing the skills of dealing with defeat and disappointment. no, no, let's coddle these kids.

you have obviously overreacted!

go hug a tree somewhere.
