Hiram Samuel Cunningham, 30, of Sutherlin, is wanted on felony warrants. Chantel Dawn Woody, 26, and Brogan John Delia, 22, from Fossil, were arrested by police Wednesday and were suspected of traveling with Cunningham when he eluded police.
