The Ladies on the Lamb, a group that has supported the lamb exhibitors for years at the Fort Worth Stock Show, purchased the grand champion and the reserve grand champion, both wether lambs, for $15,000 apiece.
Maci McCabe's grand champion, Chuck, and Taylor Turner's reserve grand champion, Buddy, will now be in the care of the Arlington Heights FFA program.
McCabe, 16, of Ropesville, said she thought the show went really well. This is the Frenship High School sophomore's first major win. Read more
