A Burlington Township man was arrested after police found more than 100 prescription pills and a large folding knife on him at Roebling Park on Friday, police said.Justin McHugh, 24, of Equestrian Drive, was taken into custody after police surveillance revealed McHugh distributing a substance while in the park, police said.
