MERCER COUNTY, Ohio - Police say a SWAT team was called to the home of a military veteran Monday night after receiving a call indicating the man wanted to commit "death by officer." The SWAT tram responded to the residence, just outside of Rockford, and eventually managed to convince the veteran to surrender without incident.
