ROCK FALLS – A husband and wife were in Whiteside County Jail Monday after a search of their Rock Falls home Friday turned up cocaine, crack pipes and cash, according to the Blackhawk Area Task Force.

ROCK FALLS – A 41-year-old Sterling man is charged with armed violence and aggravated battery with a weapon after he allegedly stabbed two men in an alcohol-related fight this morning at 1404 Bennett Drive.
A Rock Falls, Ill., man was injured in a motorcycle crash Sunday. Jay A. Middleton, 50, was transported to Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque, where he was treated and released.

ROCK FALLS – The Whiteside County Health Department is holding an H1N1 flu vaccination clinic Saturday for most high-priority groups.
