St. Croix County Investigators Use Stagecoach and Parades to Help Solve 25-Year-Old Murder
The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office took a unique approach toward generating more tips in the 1993 unsolved murder of 76-year-old William Clapp. Investigators brought Clapp's familiar red stagecoach, with a photo of him on both sides, to the "Good Neighbor Days" parade Sunday in Roberts, Wisconsin and asked the public to contact them if they have any information about his murder.
