Former Motley County teacher sentenced to 15 years in federal prison

A federal judge in Lubbock sentenced to more than 15 years in prison a Motley County High School teacher who admitted to having sexual contact with a 16-year-old sophomore student in 2016. U.S. District Court Judge Sam Cummings sentenced Shonna Calaway to 188 months in federal prison as part of her Oct. 25 plea of guilty to a federal felony count of enticement of a minor.
