Mayor proposes referendum to split regional school district

Woodcliff Lake Mayor Joseph LaPaglia made a proposal at the July 6 meeting of the mayor and council to put a referendum on the November ballot to gauge public support for creating a pre-k through 12 school district with Montvale .
