For 93 years Crownsville's Rising Sun Inn, 1090 Cecil Ave., has been blessed with guardians to help preserve the historic structure constructed in the mid-1700s. Previously owned by the Baldwin family, a well-known name in the county, the inn was turned over as a gift to the Ann Arundel Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in 1916.
