a 5 year old child knows ringgold history slab town back when law was packed on every ones hip then ringgold where good cops were ran out of town to what you have now a lawsless drug hole - heck they dont even have a judge , jail , but they dont need one the dont arest any one if they do they take them to the parish jail and the parish gets all the money for houseing inmates
