I blame the school district. california school district have enough money for administrators pay raises but refuse to keep students safe. I hope the supeintendant losers his/her job, along with the principal. I pray the victims family sues the school district and walks out with millions of dollars. this disgusts me. I hate california school districts because they are only concerned about $$$$$$ for administrators and could care less about students.

Looks like Richmond's got some great parents. So do you teach your kids how to rape or just ignore them till they do it them selves?

Yes, the Police are the enemy. If there were no police, our streets would be calm and safe for all human beings; right. Like you said, the police are all rapists, not Latino boys and girls. Pleeeeeese let the Latino boys and girls off the hook for the 2 1/2 hour beating and gang rape of that 15-year old white girl. White human beings deserve whatever they get right? Let those boys out of jail so we can all laugh together about that 2 1/2 hours. The Latino girls can then be allowed to share their video DVI's of the 2 1/2 hour gang rape beating of the deserving 15-year old white high school student. We can then plan and execute more gang rapes of teenage white girls, and then start raping and beating entire white families! When your out of whites, then naturally, you can turn on each other, since it is your way. Hard to hide from the truth. They do this all the time in Burma, why not Richmond. The countries eyes are upon you Richmond Latino citizens, make us proud of your "heritage."

When are we goin to start holdin people rsponsible for things like this? Our country is to easy on criminals. These animals should pay a serious price for their actions. It is time we stop making excuses for the criminal and use them as examples to the rest of the country that this will not be accepted. I do not think they should hang the fawkwers like a nother poster said but anyone that was there should go to prison. Does anyone know if these were students or ilegal aliens?

Richmond High School had money enough to build not one but two football fields with paved tracks around them. Two Baseball diamonds, Four tennis courts, But no money for lights and fences,(Security measures), measures that would give the wrong impression, look bad. Teach morals not sports, Give up liberals. It is time for some real punishment. Let’s see if we can put them in jail in some Middle Eastern country, a for profit jail run by locals. Too cruel really, no TV, weight room, frees food and board.
No flowers for the victim, but a permanent place marker showing the animals in jail at the site.
Deport them, where no other country is as stupid as WE are to accept these animals.

where in the hell are the parents of these teenagers? or do they not have any. Let this be a lesson to richmond parents to get more involved with their children. The problem begins with the parents and the community. If the parents dont care then neither will the children. they are being taught that it is ok to live this way. I say make an example out of these kids and if the parents cant take care of their children then the females of richmond should not be aloud to reproduce. And if the men cant grow up they should be exported back to mexico with their balls cut off. How bout lets send a clear message that this type of behavior wont be tolerated. and as for the police i think that an outside force needs to be brought in like the military. putting these animals behind bars is not justice just more taxes law abiding citizens have to pay so who is really being punished for their actions?

I came here to read others' opinions, news articles and updates. As I surfed through the pages and links the very first emotion I experienced was confusing...it's been my experience that initially humans will be reflexive when dealing with intense situations, emotions, and circumstances. It is our nature. So naturally I expected to find a lot of anger, outrage, and venting.
Having read other articles; seen the news and spoken to others prior to visiting this site; my anger and disbelief had already slowly turned into a painful acceptance, much like that of the death of someone close; being that I wish with all my heart that it had never happened, but the reality is it did.
This terrible thing happened. I don't know what I expected to find here. Hope perhaps? Ideas about change, about how to make the places we live safer and better for all the children, all the people.
I would never presume to have the answers, finding a point to begin change is confusing enough; but what I do know is; it takes a village - communities where everyone contributes value, drives change, and CARES about ALL the children. Instead I find racial generalizations, sanctimonious pride and shameful hatreds. The scared children of Richmond are reading to. Are these the messages we want them to see?

What I want to know is who's raising these kids that feel/act this way? It's happening so often nowadays, it's hard to keep up. Could they really not have, for one SECOND thought about the women in their lives;sisters,mothers,girlfrie nds etc that this could have been?!! Forget about being illegal aliens,they're ALIENS.

I don't think there is hope of change in some communities. Look at the widespread terror by gangs such as MS13! Some segments of our society will always be cancers and as long as we tolerate their behavior, don't enforce our borders, give acceptance to teenagers giving birth with no father figure and no sense of Christian morality our nation will inexorably continue to deteriorate. It makes sense to want to solve the root of the problem, but that means that we have to quit being nice to those who are dragging our country down. It means that kids have to finish high school and then go to college or get a job. It means parents must set good examples for their kids and discipline them when they continue to make poor judgment decisions. Parents must expect their kids to do well in school and help them with schoolwork.

Now you see why we are in an impossible situation? Because many of the parents of these thugs are not capable of setting good examples. They are not capable of helping with schoolwork because they quit school. They are not capable or willing to discipline their children because they are undisciplined and unconcerned about the moral choices their children
make. It is too late for these mostly single parents to change their own lives, and impossible therefore to effect a positive change in their children.
Mostly at fault are the fathers of these kids compared to the mothers. These guys impregnate a girl and move on to another girl without providing financial support or being involved in the child's life. If this was just a single generation we had to deal with perhaps we could. But, it is much too late now. We are left with locking up these thugs and supporting the women with our welfare tax dollars.

The USA is a nation where people are encouraged to become self-sufficient.
The freeloaders (criminals, illegal aliens, some welfare families) will never become self-sufficient. They will never be anything but a moral cancer that needs to be cut out!

Is there any way to send money to the actual victim? For lack of a better way for me to help her, I hope me and many of us can send her some money, so that she can have some financial comfort to get nice things to get her mind off the cruel event. Maybe a car, college eduaction money. I really think across the country, it is very easy to gather a million or more dollars to buy her financial independence and hopefully get her out of the neighborhood that brings her the sad memory.

I sure hope her family sets up an account to fund her future. I hope she can recover fast.

I read some of the comments on here and became very sad. I agree this shouldn't become a racial discussion as myself being raped at age 15 by four white young men. I grew up in an affluent city (with both parents present in the home) in Southern California, so believe it or not, things like this happen in beautiful, wealthy towns, across the country. Let's not focus on the kids being Mexican, but look for solutions on how to prevent it from happening in a school ever again. So hopefully not another young girl (or boy for that matter) has to be subjected to this type of assault, at least at school which should be a safe place/sanctuary for kids. It is sad that this young girl had this happen and believe me I know how she feels as it will have long lasting negative affects on her life, as it did me, especially with relationships. It is a very shameful, guilty, horrible crime that the victim endures over a lifetime. I hope the boys get counseling to uncover their own demons/problems, perhaps they have no male role models, who knows. But I don't think making racist remarks helps anyone at this point. Yeah the wall should have been built LONG ago, but our government is lame and now we all are paying the price with the shitty economy! Let everyone in and lower everyone's quality of life, SMART!!! Other states need to elect their own Sheriff Joe - make the jails so bad that no one will ever want to do anything wrong! The way it should be, jail is not Club Med paid by tax dollars!
