Four charged in Richmond High gang-rape case

I hope that thease no good punks get life in prison and get to be in the same cell that big bubba stays so they can feel what it is like to be raped and beaten

Ms. Bautista, I was very moved by your words, and looking at your face and the students who surrounded you, I send you my deepest sorrows for what happened at your school. You were quite brave to stand up and speak, and I commend you for this. I am rooting for you and your classmates along with your peers and your staff to push for laws for change in this state. You are in a position to do so. I will be following you, and hope to see you further in a political stand in the future with this cause. You are a leader. This is your calling young lady. Take the bull by the horns and continue to speak for your school, city and county and state.

if 10 White guys had raped a Black, Asian or Latina female do you think there would be cries for a Hate Crime enhancement? Now it appears that the victim might be a White female who was raped by a group of Hispanics. The implication that she is White is belied by the fact that a friend of hers talked at a public meeting complaining about the lack of security at Richmond High School and how she being White felt discrimination from the heavily minority school. So answer honestly if you think that if Whites had committed this horrific rape against a member of an opposite race or ethnicity if they would be charged with hate crimes.

I'm white. My horror is not about the color of the skin of those who raped this young lady or the color of the skin of the person who was raped. The almost unforgiveable horror is that this was a gang rape, witnessed by many bystanders who did nothing to stop it. The tragedy is that school kids were telling what was happening and more kids were stepping outside to watch or take part. This tragic event took place outside of a school building on school property and the security personnel and school authorities took no action to break up a group of kids hanging outside. This event continued for 2 hours and 30 minutes. That's beyond rape, that is torture. A life was negatively altered. This 15 year old will never be the same person she was before the rape. That race is even being talked about is, to me, is missing the point. There is no excuse for anyone's action on that night. Taking responsibilty and accountability is the only course of action for everyone involved, no matter what their skin color.

although everything you said is true you really didn't answer the question. Also the question is posed on two realms one being that Whites would face such an enhanced penalty while minorities are given a pass. The other being is that a Hate Crime Enhancement is an added crime that can lengthen any term this group of animals is convicted of and considering that a life term in a California prison is about 15 years when you figure in good behavior time off then the enhanced penalty could add years more to their sentence and keep these animals off the streets until their senior years. I respect your opinion but I think you dodged the question.

In the video Gawd-ziller posted, a white friend of the 15-year-old gang rape victim says that white students felt unsafe at Richmond HS.

"I am friends with the girl [who was raped]. When I started here, I felt extremely unsafe and so did she, due to the lack of police officers and security officers... Here at this school, me and my sister are minorities... there are Mexicans and blacks around me everywhere."

Race matters because there is an epidemic of brown-on-white crime in this country which is hushed up by the media and this is just a taste of more to come. The media pushes the lies of multiculturalism on us, as do the schools. The truth, however, is that Multiculturalism = White Death.

The U.S. Justice Dept own figures show that blacks rape 36,000 whites each year while whites rape fewer than 10 blacks. I call that an epidemic, what do you call it?.....not important?

That is what pisses ME off. And of course, a lot of them are racist against whites, because whites built this country and made it successful. They want what we have -- yet they don't understand what it takes to get what we have. Many of them have no conscience, and were bred into a society of violence against women. It is no surprise we're seeing these crimes.

All of them need to be turned back home. The pipeline into this country needs to be shut down. No one need enter unless they understand what it means to be an American, and intend to do what it takes. But hell, we need to educate many Americans on these very principles. That's our problem -- we breed dependent morons who want to take, take, take, and now these third worlders are entering to join them.

Man we gotta quit with racist BS period. First of all people get this idea that raping white girls is cool and should be cheered on and it's not racist. That is cold. Then you get black women who are raped and attackers aren't black then some racists come out calling her a liar and all that BS.

To compare yourselves to minorities, as if you've had the same opportunity is absurd. Poverty is the issue here, not just with money but education. When you know better, you do better. We white people did not build this country without minority help, as you may believe. We did however write a constitution to supposedly honor the equality of man. Of course, this was only true if you were a white man. You cannot oppress people for 3-4 hundred years, and then say the race is equal. It takes many years to undo the historical harm done. There are many hard-working minorities here in America that do care for this country & its issues. And no, we're not really thought of as successful anymore anyway...but that's where organized greed (better known as capitalism) has taken us. As the gap gets larger and larger between the haves and the have-nots, you may be surprised to find your own family doing not so well. It won't have much to do with minorities at all, but it will have everything to do with the white male power structure.
