1 dead, 3 hurt after car plunges off bridge in Richland

Emergency workers from Richland Fire Department and Police prepare to take Antonio Olivera to the hospital Sunday after the car he was riding in went off the bridge on eastbound Interstate 182 and fell on its roof around 40 feet below into the Chamna Natural Preserve.
