"The Boy Scouts' food drive was once our largest community food drive," Denise Gibson, development director at Ozarks Food Harvest, said in the release.
The project culminates March 29. Community members can donate in grocery sacks left on their door by Scouts, or food will be accepted by the Scouts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 29 at all Walmart locations in Springfield, Ozark and Republic.
