No dial tone allowed: Saginaw County bans employees from using cell phones while driving
For Saginaw County employees, dialing or picking up a cell phone while driving during work hours just became a no-no. Concerned about safety and liability, the County Board of Commissioners banned use of mobile phones for nearly 700 full-time workers and about 100 part-time and seasonal employees, effective today.
