Kirk M. Randler, 46, of Long Pond, has been charged with vehicular homicide and other offenses in a Pocono Mountain East High School graduate's mother's death shortly after commencement June 20. Katrina Strausser, 42, of Reeders, was flown to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, where she died.
