Looming deficit threatens Hispanic Center in Reading

Given the large numbers of Hispanic drug dealers, thieves, burglars, home invaders, robbers, and car thieves operating in the Greater Reading Area, the solution to this financial problem is simple.
Go directly to the population that you support and ask them for:
a. A loan
b. A gift
c. A grant
d. A scholarship
e. go to La Raza
f. All of the above
Additionally, there are numerous gangs available in the Berks Area who would be more than willing to advise you and finance your center. They are expert in raising funds through criminal and violent endeavors.
Since the center has extensive community ties and Spanish-speaking language skills and connections, it should not be too difficult to find them as they stand on the corners dealing, control the restaurants and bodegas, and rule the childrens' playgrounds.
Latins Kings, MS-13, Trinitarios, and Vatos Locos are four you might approach for further funding.
As you may know though, be very careful when asking them for funding as they can be extremely dangerous and violent. Rape, drive-bys, and street beatings are the norm.
Hope is that the center will be able to continue its great work and is able to make contact with some willing members of the Greater Reading hispanic community.
Surely there are hispanic gangs or members who will share their funds in a philonthropic spirit of community. This is especially true given the history of arrests and convictions of local hispanics making hundreds of thousands of dollars in the drug and gun trade.
