Three Norfolk-area teens face obscenity charges after they allegedly transmitted nude photos via mobile phone messages, state police at Massena said Friday.

Village police picked up Terri L. McGregor, 25, of 94 Grantville Road, Norfolk, on a bench warrant after she failed to appear in court as scheduled for sentencing on a petit larceny conviction.
