Ohio Supreme Court heads to northeastern Ohio
The state Supreme Court will hear a set of cases in a northeastern Ohio high school as justices conduct one of their biannual off-site sessions. Among the cases is one from a Hamilton man challenging his drug trafficking conviction after police tracked his activity using a global positioning system placed on his van.

Marsha K. Sweat, 63, of North Lima, died early Tuesday morning at Hospice House in Poland surrounded by her husband and family. Survivors include her husband George, whom she married June 18, 1988; a son, William Jones of Ravenna; two daughters, Tracie Sweat of Port Richey, Fla., and Tammie Krclic of Boardman; five grandchildren; and a sister, Jane Bridge of Kent.
