Colorado man, infant killed in crash near Raton

My condolences to the family. It has to be very hard to lose two family members and be laid up in the hospital with critical injuries to oneself and other child as well.

?That was such a dumb statement to make. The circumstances are not even in the same realm of how the accidents occurred. Michael get over it and accept the fact that Fierro and Lovato were grown men who made very bad choices and decisions. The way their accident played out could have been prevented. And yes, you are one of those who blame Tenorio, but you know what, Tenorio was not on trial here. So let this family grieve their loss and pray for the other two that are in critical condition. To the family who have to read this, sorry for the inconsiderate imbeciles who use your tragedy as an example to justify others' stupidity. My condolences to you and yours.

well if he was drinking and she knew it then YES. if ur bugged cause ur homies got that ... oh well. the whole world doesnt revolve around fierro and lovato. only he and his friends think so. This isnt about them!!!

This man was a good man. ALcohol, Drugs, and Speeding would be the last thing on his mind , especially with his family in the car. If anyone needs to be saying or doing anything - PRAY! A mother is without her THREE month old son and husband. How would you feel if you went through this and read something like what you have put. Think before you speak and I hope you live by it!

Winter storms are dangerous because they produce a variety of life and property threatening conditions! Persons should never venture out in times of a possible storm. Seek shelter immediately, such as a public place such as a motel or restaurant...I can imagine the "Raton Pass" was most likely impassable....
