PITTSBURGH a ' Allegheny County Public Works today announced intermittent traffic stoppages between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Fri., June 19, on Kenmawr Avenue in Rankin Borough, directly below the Rankin Bridge, for installation of steel girders in the bridge structure.
