Water officials plan more steps to kill lake odor

Residents say smell is less pronounced this morning. MISSION VIEJO The sulfurous smell coming from the Upper Oso Reservoir was less pungent today than on previous days, residents said, while water officials planned more steps Friday to deal with the odor.
