Campfires may have started Bighorn wildfires
The largest of the fires spread to about 85 acres of grass and then moved into some trees in a remote area about 10 miles northwest of Ranchester but it wasn't growing on Thursday.
2 small fires burn in northern Bighorns
Bighorn National Forest officials say they are investigating two small fires in the northern Bighorn Mountains they believe were human-caused. One fire has burned about four acres in a remote area 10 miles northwest of Ranchester.
Rock Springs teen dies in crash near Ranchester
Authorities say a Rock Springs teenager was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 90 just north of Ranchester near the Montana-Wyoming border.
