Wanted man captured in northwest Oregon
An attempted murder suspect has been arrested following a manhunt in northwest Oregon.
The authorities sought Patrick Allen McMillan on a warrant in Columbia County and a parole violation from the Oregon State Parole Board.
The Oregon State Police says the 41-year-old crashed a car west of Rainier early Saturday and was on foot when a Rainier police officer spotted him and made the arrest.
Local, county and state authorities had been searching for McMillan since Friday morning, when he evaded an officer by running into the brush near his Clatskanie home. Read more
