A 37-year-old Pulaski man pleaded guilty Monday to the aggravated sexual battery of a child under the age of 13. Steven Ray Sheppard entered his guilty plea as part of an agreement the victim and her mother approved, according to Commonwealth's Attorney Mike Fleenor.

Registrar offices to be open June 8
To facilitate those wishing to vote absentee in the June 11 Democratic party primary, the Pulaski County Registrar's office will be open Saturday, June 8. Registered voters who qualify to vote absentee can drop off their ballots at the registrar's office anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. that day.
