To facilitate those wishing to vote absentee in the June 11 Democratic party primary, the Pulaski County Registrar's office will be open Saturday, June 8. Registered voters who qualify to vote absentee can drop off their ballots at the registrar's office anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. that day.

A Pulaski woman was airlifted to a Roanoke hospital Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on Thornspring Church Road.

A Pulaski man injured in a wreck on Route 11 Saturday was listed in good condition at a Roanoke hospital Thursday afternoon, a hospital spokesman said.
