Driver killed near Kimball after car strikes horse
A Pukwana teen was killed early Sunday in a one-car accident near Kimball. Caleb Weber, 18, was driving a 2004 Dodge Stratus eastbound on 250th Street in Brule County, three miles west and one mile north of Kimball, the state Highway Patrol said, when the vehicle struck a horse in the roadway.
