Candidate Ken Block files complaint in State Properties Committee decision
PROVIDENCE _ Ken Block, a Republican candidate for governor, filed a complaint with the attorney general's office on Tuesday, accusing the State Properties Committee with repeatedly violating the state Open Meetings Act over the past six months.
