Rape charge doesn't hold

Northampton County prosecutors dropped rape and related charges Monday against a New Jersey man accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl he met on MySpace.com . Ray Qing Wang, of Princeton Junction, N.J., pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering another person for dropping the girl off near her home after he gave her drugs and alcohol.
