your right one bad apple can spoil the barrel but I dont feel like it is all of the policemans fault.I still believe in a few down there. Chris Bestes which I saw him at the hospital the day this happened to me. I knew when they wheeled me in and Chris was there I would not be harmed again that is how you should feel about a policeman.Him and Diane Hamm should be the roll models for all policemen every where they really care about people. At one time I could not go any where a policeman was with out getting sick and I mean physically sick or to go some where and see a policeman would make me physcally sick. But I relized that not all of the officers were at my house that day and they all didnt feel that what was done to me was right at all. There were five officiers that showed up at my house that day. TR Hope, Champion, Hassel, Davis and Shanks. I expected more from our policemen then what I got from them that day. help I did not get. Its kind of ironic since my son called home thought my husband and I were arguing and came home from the waters and then called 911, I guess hen Ron Davis got there he decided since my huband didnt beat me up he would. They actually thought my husband was someone else and thats why they realy showed up like that. And that is in court papers also. And the reason Ron Davis attaced me wasn because I called him a racial slur it was because as I went inside I told him F--k you because he kept telling me my husband was someone he wasnt and would not let me show him his dod badge home land papers fbi papers birth certifacate and his id he said no he didnt care and he knew who he was kenny ray not kenneth ray harris. thats what I got beatup for was because I knew he was wrong and dont you know he is always right. He also pulled a gun on my son 18 at the time because my son told him I have a key Ill unlock it you dont hve to kick the door in but nope he wanted to show his power and kick the doo in on me. I relive this nightmare everyday of my life and everynight. I dont know if it will ever go away.

Kelli, you right one bad apple dont spoil the bunch, readying your stories. He should have been stopped in Prattville and not let on to Millbrook. If Millbrook checked and his reference gave him a good one then there is nothing that millbrook could have done, just like any department he goes to. All you could do is warn them as you did and go on and continue your pursuit against him. Do you have a suit against him, Prattville and Millbrook? Why didnt the other officers stop him, why wasnt he fired after the law suit, was the 5 officers reprimanded? I would be upset as well if it was me. Good luck

nope not one of the officers got in trouble that i know of and i dont know why he didnt get fired except they would have to addmit they were wrong i dont know why the other offcers didnt stop them i wish they would have i think they were in shock

I hope you get justice. Some police officers are great and you cant spoil the others like you said. I know good and bad at Prattville and Millbrook. But what is surprising is that this guy is still a coop.

isnt it though i tried to get him arrested but wadsworth wouldnt let me sign a warrant i would have only taken one of them to fire him and he no longer would be a policeman
