County agency wont loan money to Pratt
Kanawha County officials decided Wednesday not to give the town of Pratt a $100,000 bailout for its water and sewer systems, and said the town could be placed in receivership.
Tom Miller, a volunteer firefighter in Kanawha County, has been on the job for more than 20 years, and says the Kanawha County Commission is making changes and firefighters are the last to know.
