A South Georgia man charged with attacking an Army reservist outside a Cracker Barrel in Morrow has been granted bond.

Police say 47-year-old Troy D. West of Poulan, who is white, became enraged after Tashawnea Hill told him to "be careful" when he nearly hit her 7-year-old daughter while opening the restaurant's door.

The Poulan City Cemetery and other City of Poulan services can be expanded now, thanks to a 45-acre land donation made by the McPhaul family.
