Victim in last night's Portsmouth shooting has died

A man has died at a local hospital after being shot in Portsmouth late last night.

I am a cousin of the victim and it isn't right that those fools took his life before he had a chance to live it.

He was mines to. A forty will be tipped in his honor 2nite yo. We will be kickin it at the laundromat and then the corna sto in celebration.
many homies is at the free money giveaway in detroit so maybe we will cancle or pospone this event.
