Fatal Portsmouth hit-and-run suspect also charged in Md.

The man accused of fleeing after striking three teenagers with a car last October, fatally injuring one of them, was charged three months later in Maryland with driving under the influence, speeding 108 mph in a 50 mph zone, aggressive driving, attempting to elude police, and causing injury to a person.
