Lutgen, 48, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right Saturday morning after a traffic stop on South Main Street around 2:21 a.m. Police say that while on patrol, an officer saw Lutgen driving very slow in the middle of the street, almost striking a parked vehicle.
