Dora F. Lutgen, 48, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right Saturday morning after a traffic stop on South Main Street around 2:21 a.m. Police say that while on patrol, an officer saw Lutgen driving very slow in the middle of the street, almost striking a parked vehicle.

Edward K. Ortiz, 43, of Jamestown and Osvaldo Vasquez, 47 of Jamestown were charged with first-degree attempted robbery and second-degree menacing Sunday around 5:15 a.m. Police say an adult male came to the Jamestown Police Department to report that Ortiz and Vasquez attempted to rob him.
