I know Richard Mullins and I figured when he got out the last time that he would straighten up. So much for that I guess, maybe this time in prison will teach him a lesson-I highly doubt it, but who knows....

1 It was in the paper!! How is it not everyone's business??? Are you an idiot? Im sure his little girls love him and will miss him, but they sure as hell dont need to see their daddy on meth! ANd no one said the girls aren't taken care of. I know they are thanks to their mother. But as far as minding our own business. When its in the paper, I believe its everyone's business. You might want to reread your post to see how stupid you sound. I personally am VERY glad to see another low life meth dealer behind bars!! Get off the computer and go back to school honey! |

1 I don't know your husband or you but I wanted you to know that something about your post touched my heart. I commend you for being a wife who defends her husband thru good times and bad. I pray for you and your daughters because the months ahead will be hard I'm sure. I think the part of your post that said "he's not a bad person" is stuck in my mind. You see, I have had a personal experience with having a loved one on meth. My "friend" was not a bad person either. My "friend on meth" however, was someone I didn't know anymore. They were a monster. I probably don't have a right to address you but I wanted you to know that someone is praying for you and your little girls. I said in an earlier post that justice was served and I do believe that. I loathe, hate and despise meth and the people who use/manufacture it. I believe they should do time for their crimes. I feel strongly about crime and punishment because I want the cycle to stop. I'm a parent who doesn't want my children exposed. I'm a part of a family that has been torn apart by this terrible thing. I don't wish this on anyone. I will also say a special prayer for your husband and hope that he will realize that his daughters and his wife need him. I hope the person that comes back from prison will be one of the few who can win the personal battle against this drug. I believe justice was served and I believe people can change. For you and your family, I pray for change. |

Can you rephrase that so we can understand. Not sure exactly what you are trying to say. I am interested in your opinion, I just need to know what it actually is. |

2 90% of people that are messed up on meth were good people before they became an addict. Meth will control your life like nothing you have ever known, I know because I was an addict for many years. Meth cost me my family, and many of my friends. When I was using Meth I stole, lied, and cheated to get the drug. Without it I was physically sick, and with it I was mentally sick. It was the worst thing that ever happened to me, and I feel lucky to be alive. I tried everything that I knew to stop using with no answer in sight, it was so bad that I thought about killing myself many times because I couldn't stop and it was driving me crazy. With my back against the wall I called out to God for help I just didn't know what else to do, and God heard me and changed my life. I have been clean now for going on 7 years and I owe everything to the Lord. I know that some people will say whatever, I don't even believe in God, well I used to say the same thing until He changed my life. Since giving my life to the Lord I have worked in a Christ based recovery group for about 3 years, and saw many lives changed. I have preached in a half dozen churches in southeast Missouri, and southern ILL. I have spoken to groups of youth and gave them warning about what Meth will do to them, and their family. What this man done was wrong, but by the grace of God go I. We have all made mistakes, but most of us are lucky that it wasn't with something as powerful as Meth. I pray for this man, and his family, and I also pray for those who think that they are above something like this happening to them. Most people on Meth are sick and want to stop, but don't know how. They aren't all harden criminals. To the wife of this man, I pray for you and your Kids. Take care, and may God bless. TVK |
