This story is not well written & hard to understand. In fact, I've read this story 2x but it's choppy and doesn't give you a sense of what happened. It mentions a "fracas" between people who were in a car and people who were not but then says they were fighting. THe comments refer to race but I can't tell from the story if race played a role.

There was a fight - details are unclear, so why was it mentioned except to incite race problems
