Aaron Russel, 40, of 9200 Hunter Drive, Orland Hills, Illinois , and Roberto Favela, 34, of 5547 South California Avenue, Chicago, were charged yesterday in a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Rockford with one count of attempted bank robbery , a felony offense.
