I heard that a drunk driver caused this, in that case he should be charged with Murder !!!!

If he is not charged the people of Poplar Bluff should do everything in their power to make sure that he is. This man killed this child !!!!

There are no words to express the sadness I feel, or that will offer adequate consolation. Losing a child is one of the hardest emotional traumas a person can go through. I want you both to know I am thinking of you, and praying for the healing of the sadness in your heart. Devin holds a place in my heart and that of my family. We will miss him dearly, and always remember his beautiful smile.
