Lightning damages 2 homes, sparks fire in another in Denton County
Storms that rolled over Denton County late Saturday unleashed lightning that damaged two homes and sparked a fire that destroyed another in the western portion of the county.
Compliance problems with area water systems underscore the need to invest in infrastructure, both at sewer plants and with drinking water supplies.
