More Cities Using Mail Ballot Elections This Year
Twice as many communities will be using mail ballots over the next two months for local elections that begin next Tuesday, according to a survey by a group representing municipalities.
Sam Mamet, executive director of the Colorado Municipal League, which represents 264 communities across the state, said there will be 194 elections in April and May. Most are on April 1.
Four other cities are holding special elections, including Fort Collins, Glenwood Springs, Golden, and Idaho Springs. Read more
