Proceedings on drug bust to remain in district court
MOUND CITY a ' Court proceedings in the case against a rural Pleasanton couple accused of growing and harvesting marijuana for the purposes of distribution will remain in district court here in Linn County.
Westley Emanuel Harrison, age 32, Pleasanton, Kan., died Monday Nov. 16, 2009. The family has honored Westley's wishes for cremation.
