Lab suffers shotgun blast in Wayne
A three year old Labrador Retriever was shot with a shotgun Sunday shortly after noon time.
Questioned by a county resident, the Wayne County Commissioners stated clearly that tax dollars will not be spent on the proposed 911 Center.
