May 12 DUI Ivan Chavez, 19, of the 300 block of Center St. Plano, was charged with DUI after Montgomery police stopped his vehicle for speeding at about 2:55 a.m. May 12 in the 200 block of Jericho Road, according to reports.

But what city officials still are unsure about is whether there will be a special premiere of Plano, in its role as Smallville, the home of boyhood Clark Kent and Superman, before that.
