If convicted, he faces a maximum of 40 years in prison. His next appearance is scheduled for Aug. 22. * Drew S. Bruening, 18, Marshfield, pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping. If convicted, he faces a maximum of six years in prison. His next appearance is scheduled for Aug. 22. * Jacob R. Pierce, 20, Friendship, had his driver's license suspended six months and was ordered to pay $539 for possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping were dismissed. * James V. Rodriguez, 25, had his driver's license suspended six months and was ordered to pay $287 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
