A woman driving a small sedan was injured in a head-on collision with a pickup truck this afternoon on West Housatonic Street in West Pittsfield.

I'm confused by the people who ask if the police are checking phone records when there is an accident. MA doesn't have a law against using cell phones in the car yet right?
