Beechview Man Arrested for Drug, Theft Charges

A Beechview man was arrested twice last week, in two separate incidents. Pittsburgh police responded to Carnegie Library on Brookline Boulevard on April 25 at 12:15 p.m. for a report of a man who appeared to be intoxicated, sleeping on a couch in the library.
